Introducing Rev. Mantle Nance: Our New Senior Pastor!

It is with great thanks to God that we can announce that Rev. Mantle Nance will become our new Senior Pastor on November 10, 2014.

Nance FamilyRev. Nance was ordained into the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church in August 2010 and has served as the Senior Pastor of Newberry ARP in Newberry, SC since then. A graduate of Furman University and Reformed Theological Seminary, Rev. Nance, his wife, Sally, and their two boys will be returning to Charlotte where Rev. Nance attended seminary.

Rev. Nance writes: "I am thankful to the Triune God of grace for calling me to minister the Gospel at Ballantyne Presbyterian Church. My family and I are excited about commencing this new chapter of life and ministry with the Ballantyne congregation, and my prayer 'unto Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think' is 'Let the beauty of the Lord our God rest upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands!' (Ephesians 3:20; Psalm 90:17)"

We are extremely thankful to God for answering our prayers in bringing the Nance family to Ballantyne and eagerly look forward to Rev. Nance's ministry.

Rev. Nance's installation service will take place at Ballantyne Presbyterian Church at 6pm on November 16, 2014. All are welcome to attend, and to enjoy a fellowship meal immediately following the service.
